Returns and Refunds

  1. Customer’s Satisfaction is our main objective.
  2. All goods sold are non-returnable.
  3. In the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or shortage, you should report it immediately before receipt of goods.
  4. No delivery charge incurred when Partybooze is at fault, ie. Replacement for damaged goods.
  5. Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, all goods return or exchange must be in their original condition and packaging.
  6. Allow us 7-10 working days for your refund to be processed upon received of the product.

Change or Cancel Your Order

Unfortunately, NO amendment is permitted after checkout.

  1. If you intend to cancel and place a new order; please create another new order, and state the cancellation request of your intended cancellation in the message box with the order reference.
  2. If you don’t intend to place an order, do drop us a mail immediately to cancel your order (thomas.lim@yen.com.sg / anthony.yeo@yen.com.sg).
  3. An administration charge of 5% of your total invoice amount will be charge for cancellation of order.
