Returns and Refunds
- Customer’s Satisfaction is our main objective.
- All goods sold are non-returnable.
- In the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or shortage, you should report it immediately before receipt of goods.
- No delivery charge incurred when Partybooze is at fault, ie. Replacement for damaged goods.
- Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, all goods return or exchange must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Allow us 7-10 working days for your refund to be processed upon received of the product.
Change or Cancel Your Order
Unfortunately, NO amendment is permitted after checkout.
- If you intend to cancel and place a new order; please create another new order, and state the cancellation request of your intended cancellation in the message box with the order reference.
- If you don’t intend to place an order, do drop us a mail immediately to cancel your order (email@example.com / firstname.lastname@example.org).
- An administration charge of 5% of your total invoice amount will be charge for cancellation of order.
